Nice headphones, mainly for mobile devices, PC and Xbox only. have the 7X, and the USB-C dongle lets me flip between Xbox, or PC/Ps4, Ps5
Does not appear to be any dongle with this 9X,

Be gentle with the earcups the metal pin that connects headband to earcup is notorious for breaking over time. Be gentle, otherwise battery life is excellent, sound quality is excellent, comfort is excellent.

Bought these few months ago and had wireless interference issues I couldn't resolve wasn't my wifi it would happen even with Wi-Fi off ended up returning, search online lots of people had same problem

I bought this way back when the Series X first came out and it died less than a year later. Luckily, Steel Series did replace it with a new one after a little hassle

I had the same issue… can't use them because audio gets all choppy and cuts out. Downgraded to Microsoft stereo headset for now

These headphones are great. They're comfortable and can connect directly to the Xbox (I'm using XSX) without extra peripherals. When I first got it there was an issue where it would often un-sync from my console, it was pretty annoying. I found out that they fixed it via firmware update so I was able to connect to my computer to do that using their update software.

A con to this headset is in connecting to the Xbox and my phone/laptop via bluetooth. There's an interference that it creates causing the game/chat audio to be choppy. Not sure if others have had that issue, but even after the update it still does it, so I just listen to music via my Xbox instead of my phone.

These are the most overpriced gaming headphones available. Uncomfortable, and issues with crappy microphones.

I've bought 7x for like $50 or something awhile back and even at that price returned it and bought Hyperx Flight instead.

Had a similar issue in my old rental. Going to try them again now since I moved. On sale at Best Buy for $160 I think now
