Wonder if they are clearing this model out? It has been at this price on Amazon for a little while too.

I love this model. I get sweaty all the time too...the good thing is I can easily clean the ear cushions with soap and water...I don't stink so I don't have to clean as often as everyone else!

Some reviews state the swivel on the ear cup is prone to breaking. Just an FYI

How is this compared to the Razer Kaira Pro that's on sale?

Never tried the razor, but that looks crazy uncomfortable. Arctis is very comfortable.

Strong disagree. Highly subjective remark with no specifics. Great headphone though especially at this price point..

Best Xbox headphone is the audeze maxwell. Absolute killer in every aspect. Don't get it if you have a pencil neck though, it's heavier than the average headphone because of the massive 80HR battery and planar magnetic drivers. It's also pricey. I don't regret replacing my 9x for the Maxwell's at all. use it about 10 hours a week, needs a charge once every two months. unreal.

Just looked it up. Had never heard of the brand. So... All you have to do is pay $329 to compete huh? Seems worth it. Not. Lol.

But hey. I'll give you this - I suppose there's people out here on Slickdeals who don't mind paying up +$220 for your suggestion! Don't love the idea of the weight though - seems overkill. I get 20+ hrs from my 9X, so I don't understand why anyone needs any more of that lol

Sorry for not mentioning this, but I apologize for my 1st lazy reply. For a long time I've tried to sell people on my 9X's, but I've lost the spark. I'd be happy to really outline why my 9X's could also best your $330 headset -even just head to head.

You seem rather upset. You said best with nothing of value to back it up. I countered with my opinion and even provided details. I didn't avoid mentioning it was pricey, I provided that it was.

The only thing you mentioned is it has 20hr battery life. Still no further details on why it's best.

There are no modern reviews backing up your claim of these headphones being the best. These are old and they're getting rid of inventory. They sound crackly and dull compared to the Maxwell's. They have poor sound stage and also play music terribly. The mic is also average.

It kind of sounds like you've never heard a good pair of headphones to have written something so rage filled.

Says he's happy to outline why it's better, then doesn't do it... Lol.

I agree it's a good headset at this price.

Pros: Wireless requiring no dongle and supports simultaneous bt connection, feels lightweight, good sound quality, and the ski google style band gives a custom fit.
Cons: this version is micro-usb for charging (the 9x+ is usb-c), and if you experience interference with a headset plugged into your controller you will experience similar interference with this headset.

I mostly use razer products and have been pretty good so far so I would go with the razer since it cheaper as well

Someone's trying to justify their rtings.com purchase to themselves here.

"Best headphone" is alway subjective. Your response is just as subjective. Reviews you find online are subjective. This is the nature of audio. How are you gonna knock a review for being strongly subjective and come back with the same response lmao
