If you want to feel satiated just eat more veggies, it adds volume, vitamins, and overall is low in calories depending on the vegetables

I usually get those frozen mix of brocolli, cauliflower, carrots etc and just put in air fryer for 5 to 7 min till brocolli starts browning. Sprinkle some garlic powder, parsley and maybe cooking spray or half spoon oil/butter. It makes them so good

Eat a potato. Totally serious. 26g of carbs is next to nothing and it'll keep you fuller more than most foods out there. I'm a competitive natural bodybuilder so I've had my fair share of finding out how to fight off hunger LOL

100%, but I find the high fiber foods don't keep me satiated no where near as long as higher protein foods do.
