Hey, wanted to reply... yes, I installed one of these in my Energizer camera I have placed in the garage. I think the camera is pretty amazing for $16. The camera switches to black and white at night and the clarity of the pic in that dark garage, at night, is extremely impressive. The app wprks really well, too.

As far as the SD card is concerned, everything is working fine, but note inserting card is a bit tricky. I had to use a tooth pick to engage the spring mechanism that holds the card in place. So, if you have camera facing you with lens facing you, insert card with metal contacts facing you and then insert. You may not (like me) get it to fully engage unless you press it in place with something like a toothpick.

Also, the mic is super sensitive... had my garage door opened and it was picking up a conversation my neighbors were having across the street (thankfully, nothing negative was said about me).
