I own the inflator and it's awesome! I use it all the time on bike and car tires.

Well it looks like it has a tightening torque of up to 100 ft lbs. I didn't see a loosening torque listed but you can count on that being as high or higher than 100. So yeah, it's useful on fasteners that may be tightened 100 ft lb or less. Most car and small suv lug nuts are under 100.

It looks like this wrench is pretty weak compared to the M12 Stubby Impact, is it useful at all?

I am not sure how useful this impact would be. Its toque output is less than the 12v impact driver.

The inflator is fantastic, had to use my yesterday. Probably the best small inflator I have ever owned. Can not speak to the impact though.
