Always amused by the idea of someone inexperienced buying something like this, and thinking they can actually fit 10 people inside. In reality for most people this is more like a "2 adults and 2 kids" tent, or even just 2 adults who want to spread out a bit.

hahaha.... I just got the timber ridge yurt and set it up at a festival, it was huge, awesome and I got lots of compliments/inquiries about it, and the gf loved it, but I ultimately concluded that that's really the only use case for the extra space Applause

this is a good deal but I would only get a pop up tent - the ones with a quick setup. I have 2 4-person tents like that and a single person can set them up in under 5 minutes. We use it often because it's just fun to do backyard camping. If it were 25 minutes to set up, I wouldn't use it as often.

Well it's 146 sqft so 10 people would each take up 14.6 sqft, or about 2.5ft x 6ft of space. Everyone just wear diapers so they won't get up in the middle of the night and sleep with your arms folded neatly on top of your stomach. Perfect for that outback wilderness human trafficking LMAO

Half considering buying this to use when I want to spray paint large items in my driveway and want to limit the chance of leaves / rain / other falling on it while protecting the asphalt at the same time.

It's an interesting quirk, that and when people show up for a weekend car camping trip with enough food and gear to house an army.

Details are scant on this, and the past FP deal had people just arguing about size, with no comments on durability, water resistance, etc.
