Let's just get the usual disclaimers out of the way about Newegg packaging can be garbage, SMR isn't great for drives being written to constantly, etc., Seagate not as reliable as WD maybe, and that any data you value should be properly backed up.

I'm disappointed that these are not coming down in price... Was shucking $120 externals back in 2019 with these drives in them.
