Stem [amazon.com]
Bar [amazon.com]
Grips [amazon.com]
Pedals [amazon.com]

Be sure to watch YT for installations. Common installation mistakes for above items include over-tightening and tightening wrong direction.

Start with these 2 videos and be patient:

How to Adjust a Front Derailleur [youtu.be]
How to Adjust a Rear Derailleur [youtu.be]

One main reason MTB/gravel riders upgrade to 1x (one by) drivetrain is to simplify the derailleur adjustments. This bike can be upgraded to 1x later, but would require upgrading the rear hub/wheel. There's nothing wrong with 3x drivetrain on this bike. In my opinion, 1x is more of a quality-of-life upgrade, others might tell you 1x also saves weight.

FYI... I got the 18" frame (Item #742420). I'm 5'9". The top bar is too high. Standing over it, my junk hangs over either side of the bar!

Did any one receive 16" ? I called the customer service this morning and it looks like they are on backorder for 2-3 weeks.

FYI, I just called the customer service line since I didn't receive an update on my order and it has been since Thursday. The rep told me that the 18" is on back order, and that there is no estimated delivery date. They'll either leave it open and "maybe" it'll be fulfilled, or give you a refund. Pretty frustrating because it seems like you get a different answer depending on who you talk to.

Ya seems CSRs are pretty lost. They will offer to give you another bike but that's not what most of us are asking. Feels like most likely they will just be canceled in the end.

I ordered a 16" and it was shipped and expected to be delivered today to NY state.
I keep checking as I don't really believe it's real until it's actually delivered.

I have a tracking number for the 20" ordered on the 29th.

I guess the initial order was sent to a warehouse with limited stock. After bothering them multiple times, the order was switched to a different warehouse with stock.

I called them about my bent disc brake. I never fully opened the box, just peaked inside the big holes. They said a new one will be shipped out for 2 day delivery. Not sure how that's going to happen being OOS but whatevs. Fingers crossed for replacement 16 to arrive soon.

Are they asking to ship the old one back on their dime?:

Just received my return label via email. Shipping back is on them. I'll wait a few days to see if new one is sent out.

Thanks! I bought a sram sx on Ali express and did my Felt 3x a fee years ago. Wasn't too bad. But I didn't have to change hub. I dont know where to find that
This bike has a freewheel. It's pretty much relegated to the most budget wheels and single speed. I would not continue to invest in a freewheel upgrade even if a wide range cassette is available for it.

This means upgrading the rear hub, or the whole rear wheel. There are lots of options going this path, depending on what you want to do and what your budget is. To go 1x, you could spend as little as $150 to $$$thousands. Many, many choices.
