USA will not have a famine. And even 200% inflation on this price, most can afford to buy one bag to eat over a month of rice lol
My sams and costco sell 25, 35 and 50lb bags. A 25lb bag easily goes for a month minimum for my family of 3 and we eat rice everyday
Edit: If you have never eaten jasmine rice before, I recommend trying a small bag, the particular taste it has is not for everyone. I prefer calrose (medium grain)
