Not sure about the quality of the car chargers but the Nintendo brand USB to USB C is really high quality. We still have the original ones, chewed by our dog but it still works. It has outlasted all the other Amazon cables we've bought from before.

My understanding was the incompatibility of Qualcomm's quick charge were at fault for the switch's bricking. It should be fine using it with PD specs. I bought a PD charger on Amazon. I only charge on the USB C not the USB A for the switch.

Wouldn't trust it, just buy oem. It's kinda like all the "apple" certified shill charging cables that are mostly junk besides a handful of brands. Spend hundreds on the unit just to cheap out on the charger seems silly
