My 7/11 stores are Exxon/Mobil gas. I guess that will not meet the terms.

Is this only for their Premium+ or does midgrade work too?

Exxon gas is very overpriced. I will stick to Racetrac and Quiktrip

No such thing. Price depends on the area and also the owner.

Lies. Right now Exxon is $.40cents/gallon more then Quiktrip .5 miles away. Speak for yourself

Are you confusing Exxon vs Chevron? Exxon is cheap vs Chevron/Shell.

FYI Citi Merchant Offers has a better deal for Exxon--- 5 off 20 gas for any type of fuel.
Only requirement is using the Exxon app to pay.
I think this Amex deal is only good to people who have vehicles that require premium fuel.

If you play this right you may be able to use all 3 charges back to back to back in one fill up. My last Premium fill up was $72 at QuickTrip so 3x$25 isn't out of the question these days!
Yeah its essentially 20% off on 1 fill up. You just have to pay 3 separate times.

I have used the Exxon offer but the big problem is Citi's inconsistent in giving the CB while Amex, as everyone will agree, stupendous with their offers and redemption. Citi people are clueless about these offers and later gets transferred to India and they act like they don't understand anything

I actually agree. Though my experience with Citi is weird.
They indeed have terrible customer services when things don't work.
The credit usually don't show up timely like the Amex ones but most if not all finally posted after months...
I think I got lucky as Citi even once posted missing points (like 10k TY points) that were not calculated correctly to reflect category bonuses 12+ months later...
Amex is not 100% reliable either but it is indeed way better than Citi on consistency.

As to this deal I'd have to go with Citi since I don't buy premium fuel...

Great post, as usual Applause

25+ is in both the title and details this time, which is mildly interesting to me. IME past offers (like the last one) would say "25 or more" somewhere in the details.

Also double this up with your Walmart+ membership to save another 10 cents off a gallon at Exxon or Mobil stations too. You have to scan your QR code in the Walmart app so make sure the station has QR functions first though.
Are we absolutely sure this stacks? The T&Cs in the Amex Offer states:

"For example, you may not receive the statement credit if (a) the merchant uses a third-party to sell their products or services; or (b) the merchant uses a third-party to process or submit your transaction to us (e.g., using mobile or wireless card readers); or (c) you choose to make a purchase using a third-party payment account or make a purchase using a mobile or digital wallet. I have been lucky past 3 times with BP (this time had BP and Citi on mine and my spouse and used them both. Waiting for the credit for 1 month). I don't see the value for me in this deal given the cost diff between regular and premium

Really? I remember this kind of deals are cumulative. One $75 refill can get you all 3 $5. Anyone can confirm?

Problem is, gas at Exxon and Mobil is 10-15 cents more per gallon to begin with where I live (NJ), so no real savings there...

This offer is essentially 20% off. That's more than 15ยข.
