No such thing. Price depends on the area and also the owner.
Lies. Right now Exxon is $.40cents/gallon more then Quiktrip .5 miles away. Speak for yourself
Only requirement is using the Exxon app to pay.
I think this Amex deal is only good to people who have vehicles that require premium fuel.

They indeed have terrible customer services when things don't work.
The credit usually don't show up timely like the Amex ones but most if not all finally posted after months...
I think I got lucky as Citi even once posted missing points (like 10k TY points) that were not calculated correctly to reflect category bonuses 12+ months later...
Amex is not 100% reliable either but it is indeed way better than Citi on consistency.
As to this deal I'd have to go with Citi since I don't buy premium fuel...

25+ is in both the title and details this time, which is mildly interesting to me. IME past offers (like the last one) would say "25 or more" somewhere in the details.
"For example, you may not receive the statement credit if (a) the merchant uses a third-party to sell their products or services; or (b) the merchant uses a third-party to process or submit your transaction to us (e.g., using mobile or wireless card readers); or (c) you choose to make a purchase using a third-party payment account or make a purchase using a mobile or digital wallet.
