Warning Newegg states this on the product page along with the delivery email yet if you follow the link the fine print for the cards states the old promo expiration date of 8/31 from the last time they did these bonus gc's.
"This is a promotional card for which you paid no funds. It is the property of and issued by adidas America, Inc. It is invalid until used and confers no rights upon holder unless and until used before expiration. You may use this card only to purchase goods at adidas Sport Performance, Originals or Outlet retail stores within the continental U.S. and Washington, D.C. or online at http://www.adidas.com until 8/31/2022 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time."

Thank you for your patience while your case was reviewed. Adidas confirmed that the $15 Promotional Card expires on 10/31/2022. They admitted that they did not update the expiration date in the email (by mistake). The $15 bonus card will not expire until 10/31/2022. Sorry for any inconvenience.
