This is really nice. AMD recently released firmware to support thunderbolt via USB4. Even if this doesn't have that firmware right now, it'll definitely get it soon.
Thunderbolt/ USB4 is no longer exclusive to Intel and apple. This is honestly very exciting.

In my X13 G2, lenovo hard capped the max TDP of the 5650U to 21 watts. It is impossible for the processor to use more than that (there is no boost TDP in this machine). It would also be impractical since anything more I'm sure the laptop will become too hot.
Try some 3rd party APU Tuning Utility which can control the TDP of these Ryzen Mobile APUs and they're pretty easy to use. I use Ryzen Controller and AATU(AMD APU Tuning Utility). AATU is now being used by a lot of YouTubers who do these kind of TDP tuning, including ETAPrime. Give it a try. https://amdaputuningutility.com/

And let me clarify what AMD has released as it is not exactly enabling TB over USB4. It is the USB4 driver itself which was missing for all AMD 6000 series Laptops having physical USB4 Type-C ports but no chipset driver support to provide the USB4 functionalities. As a result, all of those devices, the Type-C port was working like a full spec USB 3.2 Gen 2 port with PD and DP 1.4.
Now Thunderbolt device support comes automatically to any USB4 enabled device in Windows 10 and 11 due to another reason and Microsoft is responsible for it. There is a protocol called USB4 PCIe Mode, which has been defined by USB Consortium to create "Open Source Standard" for Thunderbolt or peripherals which can use the PCIe Lane bandwidth and functionalities and Microsoft forces any laptop vendors to enable this mode with their devices with USB4.
This makes the PCIe aspects of Thunderbolt "open source" - PCIe USB devices can be released without Thunderbolt certification. As per the testing done by Gordon from PCWorld with ZenBook S13 OLED, most of their Thunderbolt enabled devices, including some of the external GPU docks, worked properly. Only one or two older Thunderbolt 3 external Storage did not work in full 40 Gbps speed and was working in either 20 Gbps or 10 Gbps speed. Gordon theorized that those have some older Thunderbolt controller which is incompatible with current USB4 or TB3 protocols.
Does this natively support dual monitors? Nothing crazy probably 2x27"
It does not matter what is the Screen size and what matter is the resolution of the screen. And to answer your question, it can support 3 monitors without any Hub or dock, 1 using HDMI 2.0 (4K@60Hz) and another two using Type-C Port (5K@120Hz). Using a Type-C or USB4 Hub or dock, it can be extended further.

And I suspect these are nearly plug and play with CentOS like the x1C?

does it mean future egpu support via thunderbolt?
Yeah. There are YouTube reviewers who already got egpus to work on 6800u laptops.
