My guess regarding any and all issues of winston and that of kool problems need addressed to the company in charge of performing these instant win game called,
Prize Logic
Prize Logic is a company very much like old ePrize, now called, helloworld, but Prize Logic must be a inferior choice for this type of loyalty sweepstakes cause the old ePrize i believe never had that many problems like this Prize Logic company.
Since Winston and Kool are owned by the same parent company, ITG tobacco company they most likely believed they were getting a good deal and now must believe they get headaches instead.
this is just my guess...
i got all of my kool and winston emails and e-card with no issues, but hearing of the headaches makes me think that the culprit is Prize Logic since the spinning wheel is 'powered" by them.
Also, consider using Kool's facebook page and send a direct message since it seems they respond promptly. But, type your problem on their facebook page to have it seen and their response will be to direct message them,

I had this issue as well. I contacted CS and they said to give it 5 business days. On day 6, as I was getting ready to respond again, the award came.
