These are highly rated on Consumer Reports, very high reliability and performance. The only draw back is this washer gets low marks for water efficiency. If I needed, or was close to needing a new set, this is a no brainer at this price.

I miss washer machines with an auger. That squeezing or ringing action seems to work the best for releasing the soil out of the clothes. With out the auger the clothes just slosh around.

Didn't even think about that! The Kenmore I'm replacing has an auger. It's 20+ years old and going strong but this deal seems too good to pass.

We bought this last month. So far we are happy. We especially like the wifi telling us when wash or dryer has completed. If you have an LG tv the notification shows there too.

Personally I'd stick with your existing ones until it's just no longer feasible. Seems like most all washers of the last 10-15yrs or so don't clean as well, and often have much longer cycle times for the privilege, in the name of efficiency…then in addition to that, just aren't built as well and often have expensive parts like control boards and all which older basic models don't have. Your better off keeping an old one going, even with a repair or 2 along the way.

Review: the Simpsons is the best show ever created for television. 11* out of ten.

Comment: I like to put raisins on my honey nut cheerios.

Concern: I'm gravely concerned that people continue to elect crazy people while expecting sane politics.

Some things on the 7300CW washer model, it is a very water efficient washer, it auto-senses the load (no size settings to select) and fills in water to a minimum, for some they don't like that it does not fill enough water to totally submerge the load so you have to hit the water plus selection to fill in more water, also you if you are going to toss in extra items you only have a like a few min into the wash cycle where it will allow you to unlock the lid

Quality can vary, though LG seems to be more reliable than most brands based on Consumer Reports usually ranking 2nd, however their parts are not widely available so a common issue is time for repair can be long. Their low-end models don't fare as well as their mid to upper line.
