Operating systems can be registered to motherboards. It's how Microsoft has been operating since windows 8. If this is in fact a pre registered key to the motherboard, then simply put windows 11 installer on USB and install windows, bypass the section where it calls for the key and the internet connection, get to the windows boot up and THEN connect to the internet. IF it is pre registered, it will automatically detect the key and register.

I think it depends on the orientation and strength of the antennas. I see someone posted an ETA prime review, that may be worth a look to see if he comments on it.

If there are no reviews on WiFi quality then I suppose it's a gamble!
