Save your back the trouble. These are the most uncomfortable chairs known to man. Just bought these for the kids and the mesh backed ones for the adults (I think they were on sale for $9) and both are horrible to sit in. Going back to the $40 Kijaro chairs.

I bought 2 black ones last week.
Here's my input:

- I have 2 older ones that I bought maybe 3 years ago and the older models are slightly wider. My shoulders get cramped into the new model and when I compared them in my garage it was clear that the new model was abut half an inch narrower. I'm 6'3 and it is slightly uncomfortable, however, for short period of usage I don't see a big deal.
Just wanted to share with you guys FYI.

This is a repost.
The other thread had valuable information.
You are right, it's very uncomfortable, my last chairs that look very similar to this are definitely wider, these are not for longer sitting periods, it digs into your legs and back of your thighs. It's also more straight up you can really slouch or lean back. The cup holder is narrow.
Worth about $5-$6 for emergency use. I bought 4 because they are so light and can use them at the beach with some home made cushions maybe and I won't feel bad if I forget or rip them or get sunscreen on them.

I used this for a couple of years before it broke. Unless you are a hard budget, I would recommend getting the model above this one that is a little larger. The arm rests and seats on this are narrow. Weight rating on this is on the low end. The larger model is wider and more comfortable. It also has larger cup holders on both arm rests. They're big enough to accommodate a yeti metal tumbler.

Could you share a link to the model you're referring to? Thanks!

Bought all 3 colors for my family this past weekend. It was sprinkling for a few minutes and all of our back sides were dyed the color we sat in. They are made with very cheap material and are probably not going to last. Good price but not actually worth the trouble IMO.

Expectations for this $6 chair is wild. People drinking a $10 coffee everyday like it's nothing.
