  • Vash the Stampede is a wanted gunslinger with a habit of turning entire towns into rubble. His path of destruction reaches across the wastelands of a desert planet. There's definitely a whole lot more to Vash than his reputation lets on.

Used to like this show when i was a kid.. this sale is happening probably because they just announced it's getting a new anime to the series.. it's CG animation.. which I totally hate but the company who's doing the animation is supposedly really good at doing "CG" anime so we'll see i saw the trailer on YouTube and it doesn't look promising to me since my complaint is they changed vash's look.. and CG of course..

same, but it good for anime to get a 2nd light. it gives hope for more anime, if you dont like it dont have to watch it. but more the merrier.

I would assume they intend to do more in terms of following where Trigun Maximum continued the manga. The events of the anime are basically the first three volumes of the manga(the largest ones, to be fair), and then it continues for another 14 in Maximum. There's a lot that happens in those volumes that was never touched on in the show, like the full extent of Knives' plan, the truth about Wolfwood, more about Vash's powers, the other human colonies and their seedships. Let's just say that things get pretty crazy by the end. The show is great on it's own, and I love it without reservation, but I love when stuff like this and Hellsing gets the full story animated in a reboot.

I don't know if murder is an option, but I can't imagine why people wouldn't like JYB's dub. He emotes so well in both subtle and not-so-subtle ways. I'd seriously like to know what the specific complaints are regarding the Trigun dub, I never even suspected there were any issues.

I think it just comes down to however you first see it. I can't watch Trigun subbed because I first heard it dubbed. Likewise, I can't watch One Punch dubbed because my first time was subbed.

EDIT: That said, anytime there's an opportunity to support Trigun, I'm gonna spend money.
