I don't recommend buying TeamGroup SSDs unless you will use them to flip PCs. I have bought SSDs, micro SDs, etc., & they never last.

I beg to disagree, I bought 1tb NVME last year for chia plotting. Already above 1,000 TBW written and 0% health long ago but still working currently at the same speed.

mine are still fine after 3-4 years... just sounds like a run of bad experiences... i feel your pain tho.. it's annoying when it happens and one's opinion of a brand definitely becomes negative

Don't think you own any products with the brand.
It has solid quality products

$59.85 after 5% discount applied. That's the lowest I've seen for a name brand SSD in awhile.

Any notable differences between this model and the Vulcan G? I'm trying to compare the specs and they seem identical.

It looks like the Vulcan G models have all the negative reviews. I hope they didn't just rename the g to z. Oh well. I bought one anyway.

I haven't had a HD/SSD/NVME die in the last decade.

It's at 0% health and you consider that a good thing? You are not too bright.
