    I believe OP made mistake with the math. This works out to $175.

    Also keep in mind since this is sold by Anker there is a return shipping fee as well as a restocking fee if the product sucks or you're unhappy with it. This according to their return policy on Newegg.

    From the policy

    1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product.

    I'd wait for the one with a doorbell/fingerprint/code lock with a 2k camera built-in although I wish it had a bottom camera for packages like their 2 camera doorbell.

    Got this during Black Friday last year. Love it, really don't have a single complaint. Battery life is great, integrates directly with my Eufy doorbell. Quality product.

    If I had to be critical of one thing, the capacitive touch panel isn't ideal in winter...but I knew that before purchasing so that's sort of my problem.

    Got refurb on eBay a month ago for $119. I think refurb is the way to go with these kinda devices if you're just testing the waters. They always get outdated over time and if you're not in your forever home then no need to splurge. That said pretty cool device so far, I can leave home for a walk or a run without having to carry keys. If I need to carry groceries through front door I can unlock in advance or use fingerprint. Battery life is excellent (though it seems hard to tell in the app how much life is left). For the slight improvement in quality of life it's worth it.

    I got this for $165 about a month ago, also from Newegg. It works pretty well and is fairly easy to install. I was worried about battery drain but I set it up a couple weeks ago and the battery is still showing as full. Fingerprint can take a try or two but it generally gets it pretty quick.

    I had a Schlage smart lock at my old house and let me tell ya - once you have a smart lock and don't have to worry about keys anymore, you'll never go back.

    Personally, I will wait for either a lower price or a newer model with more features such as cameras and maybe even speakers and microphones. However, this deal is still live as a few minutes ago.
