The glut of QLC drives is maddening. They're only like $20 cheaper, 1/12th as durable, and way slower during big transfers.

I bought a midrange 1tb Adata Swordfish that was supposed to be TLC. Did a nice fat 250gb transfer of Warzone and speeds dropped to 8 MEGABYTES PER SECOND. IT TOOK ALL NIGHT TO FINISH. 8 MBps instead of 3000! Insane!
