If you place an order from inside the store, it will ship for free with no order minimum. You can get around this with a GPS spoofer or if you are close to a store you can normally place an order from in the parking lot.

Couldn't avoid shipping. After taxes and everything I got two pairs for about $8.51 each and I consider that a decent deal.

I always have to either go in store or go to their parking lot. Do you have a recommendation for free app for iPhone or desktop? I read it is easier with android.

I was a Kohl's shopper big-time back in the day, but have not shopped there since the pandemic started. Not sure why, I just stopped shopping there, even online. Same with many others I know. I don't know how Kohl's is doing these days financially, but my guess is it that it can't be good.
