Edit: I see many comments calling me a genius (stable I hope), Grade-A-Hole (why thank you!), and even a good troll (made my eyes water) but I see some dislikes (hulk smash). I will have you know that choppy water in a boat is very dangerous (shock emoji face) and if this stabilizer would help save lives (life raft emoji), I should know. People trying to silence-me-will-fail (super determined).

The QUALITY might be better on the pocket 2 though since its a dedicated flat image rather than cropping 360 video if your re-framing, but if your target audience is YT or FB or Insta, then even cropped 360 video is more than good enough.
Guess it all depends on what you need and why. If you have a new Galaxy or IPhone with great cameras, it makes sense to try and use them rather than buy a whole new camera if you do not need it.
P.S. I think Pocket 3 is not too far off...
