They had a major data breach last year that leaked the personal details and credit card information of all of their customers. A class action lawsuit alleging violations of data security regulations and industry standards (PCI) is pending in California. This breach had ramifications for many people including fraudulent transactions after the leaked CC numbers were used by criminals.
RW is a legit website/retailer but apparently mismanaged. I still buy products from them if the price is right but I'm no longer a loyal RW shopper like I was before the breach and few other unfortunate policy changes.
Note: I posted about the data breach two months ago on another RW slick deal thread and my comment was deleted by SD staff without explanation. Like WTF? Shouldn't this site be looking out for us consumers instead of whitewashing screwups and negligence by retailers?
Wearing a pair now but wish they would last a little longer. Bottem are almost shot at 75 miles. Good price for the shoe but with the quick wear this will be my last pair. Saucony Endorphin Speed are similar and last longer.

Wow, that's really low. My Mizuno Wave Riders and Brooks Ghosts typically go 400+ miles.

Great price, good shoe. My last pair was usable past 300 miles, but I use it only for road running, 75 miles seems very low, unless you go off-road much?
I'm on my feet a lot working in healthcare. My feet use to sore and I even got plantar fasciitis. I tried different shoes and it still didn't help even with stretches. After I started wearing the Hoka Bondi on just the first night at work, my feet does not sore like it use to. Actually I don't even notice it anymore. My plantar fasciitis is gone after wearing the Bondi for months and some stretches. I went back to my ASICS for one day at work and boy I regretted it. Hokas are my go to shoes now.

Excellent shoes for runners. I can go about 300 miles before discarding, while the Saucony Endorphin Speed is good for about 500 for me. Rincons also aren't nearly as fast as Endorphin Speed, but they are good to have in the rotation because they are "low-drop" and thus will give your calves more of a workout, which translates to faster paces, esp. uphill, when you're back in speed shoes. The Rincon 2s are Hoka's best daily trainers, esp. if you're in marathon prep mode.
