Best pencil eraser on the market. I use this on paper and walls. It's a soft eraser that removes ✏️ marks without damaging the surface.

Growing up I remember thinking these performed pretty bad compared to the Pentel Hi-polymer block erasers. I also used Pentel lead refills so maybe they worked better together idk

Yeah, that's what I remembered too. As a student many decades ago, I would only use either Pentel or Tombow eraser. Much cleaner with those two brands, compared to others.

No issues.
A solid eraser for general use.

Just tested it vs a Pentel AIM Sala Hi-Polymer eraser (supposedly one of their higher tech models).

On smooth paper and regular printer paper, they performed equally.

The pencil marks written with Mitsubishi nano-dia lead in a mechanical pencil erased cleanly, with no shadow.

The pencil marks written by a regular wood pencil didn't erase cleanly, both had slight shadows left behind.

Both erasers performed well. Didn't threaten to tear the paper while pushing on the eraser.

Only other model i'd have on hand would be a thinner eraser like the Tombow mono knock 3.8mm to erase just one character without affecting the adjacent ones.

Whatever happened to the green colored barrels papermate pens? Are they extinct? I cannot find them at stores anywhere. The best pens ever used personally for writing long exams.
