Can't find the percentage but in the description it said "tagless cotton" down towards the bottom of the page. Frustrating they won't give a percentage though.

The last time I bought Hanes boxers like these, the material was some awful "gauze-y" stuff. The also shrank down to nothing and wore out in no time. Their tees have went massively downhill over the past several years as well. They literally shrank down to a crop top on me after just a few washings.

I don't think they've ever been that low. Cheapest I've seen is on SD is $15 for a 10 pack. This is probably the cheapest they'll get (outside clearance) with respect to inflation. These are basically disposable quality.
