Bought these last time they were on sale in early March at about the same price. Comfortable and durable so far. I'm tempted to buy another pair. My only criticism is when I walk on wet pavement the water seems to channel towards the big toe as I walk then seeping into the upper mesh. I've never had that experience with a sneaker before but just wanted to share.
I too wear size 12.5 and share your plight. A lot of retailers don't buy half sizes after size 12 or even worse some manufacturers don't bother making half sizes after 12. Bought these also around March. I'd say they seem slightly thicker or inner cushioned compared to the 9s. Also better shape on upper heel where you insert foot. Solid budget casual shoe for around $30.

size12.5.com sounds like a hell of a risky click...
