refund if Membership is canceled. However, you will be entitled to a full refund of the portion of the
Membership fee that was allocated to the Trust for the then-current term to pay for Protection Plans,
except that a deduction can be made from such amount for any Best Buy Protection Plan repairs or
replacement costs incurred during the then-current term.
