It's always entertaining hearing you health geniuses put down clif bars, gatorade, etc. because you know so much better lol.

If I do 3+ hour bike rides and am spending energy pretty constantly, I need ~60g carbs/hour or else my body runs out of fuel, I feel like my limbs are dead and I basically have to cut having any more of an effective bike ride.
If I carry just 3-4 of these bars and a bottle of gatorade, bonking doesn't have to happen to me.

If you health geniuses have a better solution for endurance athletes since nobody who buys these knows what they're doing, please let us know.

It's not the healthiest thing to eat everyday. You can't deny it. Good for energy boost for an activity, what it's intended for
