Rockstar Pure Zero Unbelievable Flavors Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Pepsi-Cola Company ("Sponsor"), 700 Anderson Hill Road, Purchase, NY 10577.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on July 10, 2022 at 12:00:00 PM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on September 2, 2022 at 11:59:59 PM PT ("Sweepstakes Period"). Motive Group, Inc.'s (the "Administrator") clock shall be the official clock of the Game.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents of AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, NM, NV, MT, OR, UT, WA, WY or those residing within one of the TX zip codes listed in Appendix A, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter:

Look for a QR code on ROCKSTAR display materials in participating retailers and open your native camera or QR code reader (available via app or in Snap, Pinterest, etc.) to scan the code from your mobile device ("Mobile Device"). By scanning the QR code, you will be taken to the URL rockstarenergy.com/believeit (the "Website"). Follow the prompts and instructions to register for or log-in to an account. Entrants will be required to provide their First & Last Name, valid Email Address, Mailing Address (no P.O. boxes), Zip Code, Phone Number and Date of Birth to register, as well as create a password for the account. Once registered and logged in, follow the prompts for submitting an entry to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Visit rockstarenergy.com/believeit (the "Website"). Follow the prompts and instructions to register for or log-in to an account. Entrants will be required to provide their First & Last Name, valid Email Address, Mailing Address (no P.O. boxes), Zip Code, Phone Number and Date of Birth to register, as well as create a password for the account. Once registered and logged in, follow the prompts for submitting an entry to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit of one (1) entry per person/email address per day.

GRAND PRIZE/ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a Rockstar Unbelievable Flavor Experience, which includes: First-class Airfare* for two (2) from airport closest to winner's home to Los Angeles, CA, three (3) nights hotel accommodations, $3,000 gift card for a shopping trip, $900 gift card to use towards restaurants of winner's choice, an appointment with a personal stylist, ground transportation to and from airport/dinner/concert, two (2) Tickets to a concert of winner's choice at The Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA between October 14, 2022 and April 4, 2023 and a $2,000 gift card for additional spending money. Approximate Retail Value of Prize: Up to $18,600, depending upon the available airfare. Airport, hotel and travel dates and times to be agreed upon by both the Sponsor and Grand Prize Winner. Winner and Travel Guest must both travel on the same itinerary. Travel Guest must be 18 years of age or older. The odds of winning the Grand Prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. *Or the best available airfare, up to $5,000.
