True Blood - Dirty, raunchy sex fueled southern charm. Entertaining as long as there's no talk of Maynads.
Anne Rice - Classy, well written/filmed. Literary masterpieces.
Twilight - Anne Rice for pre-pubescents. Not enough literary substance to garner any respect and not enough "big words" to shoo away dinky teens. The bane of the vampire entertainment world's existence.
