Not really. You may be able to find a Nikon F to Canon M AF adapter, but it probably won't be very good and will cost much more than these lenses.
Canon M is a dead system anyway. I'd sell it while I can. (Says the guy who's been procrastinating eBaying away his Canon EF mount cameras while prices have halved.)
You will most likely need an adapter but the AF will not function on a Canon body. Assuming the m200 is an APSC camera, then the equivalent focal length will also change to something closer to 75mm than 50.
probably should be noted that the f1.8D lens (the cheaper one) does not have compatible auto-focus with certain Nikon DSLRs (not to mention the FTZ adapter) -- it requires an external focus motor built in to higher level DSLRs (I think D500 and D7000series are the only crop-frame sensors that have that screw motor. Most, if not all full-frame sensor DSLRs should have it).
tl;dr, if you have a D3000 or 5000 series, the f1.8D will not auto-focus.

The older D300 and D300s also have the screwdrive motor which allow for autofocus on older D-series AF nikkors.
