keep the Asus.

This has a full enabled 4x4 variant of the same radio, but it's power output is fairly nerfed and I don't trust D-link to have a stable platform..

If anything, the $50 RAX35 posted here is more competitive with the ASUS (same hardware), but again, youre trading firmware/SW quality..

hope that helps.

As someone that isn't knowledgeable on routers, what would you need to voice control on your router? Restarting it or more?

So you can yell at it when you lag.

Great deal bought this a month ago paid $125, unfortunately I missed the return window by a day, so not able to do the whole price match workaround. Anyways over 41 devices connected stable af no issues. Also in the living room about 20 ft away from router, I'll get 1.2gbps with my note 10 and in the back of the house through a couple walls getting 680mbps

So I just got done configuring one of these. It was actually kind of a headache. I was very surprised that my old TP Link was easier to set up than this. So for anybody out there, periods Are not allowed in the SSID. My old SSID had a period so had to reconnect tons of smart stuff. Also the firmware update kept saying I was on the newest firmware but I was suspicious so I went to the D-Link site lo and behold there's newer versions so I updated that manually. After updating my download speeds were 15 Mbps on a 500 Mbps connection. It works before the firmware. So I reset back to factory but with the new firmware kind of like resetting bios after an update I guess. Rebuilt the network that the wizard wouldn't find and got it all back to good. Interesting adventure
