I've got the XM3's on my head right now. They've served me for ~2 years of blissful silence and reliable connectivity. Bass-heavy compared to Sennheiser PXC 550.
Blue on sale for the same price.

They are very similar to my old Grado headphones but way more comfortable. Noise canceling is excellent and they don't get too hot even on several mile runs
Paid about $180 for refurb XM3 a few years ago, and they've been good to me with heavy use, up until the last month or so with some mic distortion. Glad for the upgrade, and seems close enough to the previous model that I feel like I basically know what I'm getting. They aren't perfect, as someone who used to collect headphones in the past, then had to shift to mostly using ANC, this line has always felt like the best fit for me. The sound for music, video, and even games is above average but has it's limitations. Pretty balanced naturally (tho I do usually EQ them), but very little sound stage, isolating like most closed over-ear will end up being.. But comfortable and well-built. Haven't compared ANC or headsets of enough other brands to comment much on that
Really like it.
Worth the upgrade?
