This does not seem like a Prime Day only deal, but the price of $649.98 is still very slick.

I was looking at this and after seeing reviews of quality control issues with some reviewers on their 4th and 5th monitor I decided to look elsewhere. Good price though.
Good deal for this monitor. Every time I see a price break on this, my resolve to wait for the ASUS 42 inch OLED wanes a little. Much longer and I'm going to give up on it.

This monitor is badass, I am way too scared to buy OLED the burnin issues are disastrous. Having the extra vertical pixels is awesome too. I would buy this if my wife approved lol...

Buy now, explain later. I have this for my setup (desktop/3080ti and PS5) and it is amazing. Wife eventually approved š
It all depends on whether or not you are an online gamer where milliseconds count, or just a casual gamer. I would imagine the screen image is amazing. I use an older 32" LG for my PS4, and since I don't play online, the tv is more than sufficient for me. I have been contemplating moving up to a 43", and also a PS5 in the near future.

Thx for reply. Not a hardcore gamerā¦just wanted to know if the screen res would improve over a 2160p 120hz tv
It's a nice price for sure. It's a VA panel, might have smearing.
Just started looking into monitors, starting to game more on my PC and this was on my list. What is "smearing" and what makes VA panels worse (as compared to IPS I assume?)

I would love the LG 42"C2 that just came out but it's too expensive for me. If your willing to pay $2k tho⦠I'm assuming you're prolly aware of that option tho.
