Looks like they didn't really price match it. It's back to the normal $1700. It was listed as sold by amazon, I checked it.
I might just hold out for the holidays. Only 4 months left already.... I highly doubt these things will be selling for $2k+ when you get nothing in return over the last year model.
With the price of the C1 I'd go for it. C2 prices won't go down for another year imo. Both TV's can handle day time viewing easily both in SDR and HDR modes. The notion that OLED isn't great for bright rooms is starting to fall apart.
