Are you able to apply GC balance while checking out with subscribe and save option .. For me it is not showing in the option list .. All I see is only CC options.

In the subscribe and save settings there's a payment option and you can select option gift card balanced used first

Thanks but that box doesn't affect the first S&S order. There used to be a different checkout page for the first order where I have to manually check the box to apply GC. But that page got replaced with a standard checkout page around 7/1 without the GC option. That's the problem that I and many others have started experiencing recently. I had placed hundreds of S&S orders in years using GC without issue. Also, you can't even apply GC after the fact in Order Details for these first S&S orders. Again, no issue with non-S&S orders at all.

There is a reddit thread on this issue and many others on SD have complained about the same. But apparently it doesn't affect everyone. Unfortunately there is no sure way to fix yet, other than keep calling Amazon and hope you get someone who actually knows their job.
