Was able to purchase the floodlight standalone for under $150 plus tax yesterday as there was a coupon on the product page at Amazon. Others may find the same. Posted it on here but no traction but if that coupon is available on someone's account they come out $20-$30 cheaper buying separately. Good deal here nonetheless. Thanks

I know it has good reviews, but I hated the doorbell. Unreliable motion detection and activity zones. Worse support. Activity zones are only available with a subscription. Doorbell connector stopped working after a factory reset (which was recommended by support). Proceed with caution.

Just my two cents. Once my year trial was up, I swapped it out with a Eufy, which I find much more reliable.

Can confirm, coupon shows up for me (for the white floodlight only) that brings the total price when added individually to $236.58 + tax

Just a heads up, Arlo does not support HomeKit Secure Video. They want you to subscribe to their own plans.

I'd love to use HomeKit video. Even bought a Logitech circle 2 to test. But it falls flat in that is seems there is no viable workaround to the 5 camera limit.

I used to love my nest cameras, but google is ruining them. I would switch if I felt there was an actual options short of putting in a dvr I don't see anything that offers what nest has still. Id switch to a HomeKit setup tomorrow if they moved the camera limit up

You should be able to add unlimited cameras now if you upgrade to the 2tb cloud+ through apple.

I have an earlier Gen of ARLO cams. It's like playing whack-a-mole beating back problems across 6 cameras. ALWAYS rebooting the base stations or cams. Support does not exist there is none. Go with the Eufy's.

When Arlo made the system to have 4K video download only with a paid subscription on their camera that's when I decided never to go back to arlo. I felt that was unreasonable and would never support any manufacturer with that type of marketing scheme.

What device/product did you switch to? I'm looking to get our first doorbell can and security/light cams. I'm having a difficult time deciding due to so many choices and reviews/comparisons. I'm leaning towards Eufy, Ring or Kasa.
