Best Buy chat was able to cancel the TV for me surprisingly. The TV and sound bar are separate items on the receipt so it worked out well. You should have no problem doing it in store too I'm guessing. Came to $432 with tax for the sound bar and will be available for pickup tomorrow! Best prime day deal for me this year didn't come from Amazon!

*EDIT* I received a cancellation email from Samsung for the sound bar. I'm not sure what happened and am currently following up with Best Buy on this. Please do not follow these instructions until I'm able to clear this up. Your best bet is to try and return in store so you know if they will allow you to do so or not

thanks guys. i'm in the BB chat queue now, says 68 min wait. hopefully they can assist.

i requested the previous chat log (when i requested they cancel just the tv) be emailed to me at the end of the session but I haven't received it yet. but hopefully they can look at that and see that they goofed and offer to price match, but at this point i'm not counting on it.

bummer! i was already looking up reviews on the soundbar and getting excited for it. just goes to show you that it's not yours until it's in your possession. hopefully someone learns from my experience. i'll keep updating as this saga plays out

thanks for your condolences!

I picked my order yesterday and return TV back immediately and they gave a return receipt with zero dollar and today I got 108.74 dollars refund from Samsung. This should help all those who are not sure what to do with TV.

It will increase the price of the item you keep and will reduce your refund. The percentage by which it will increase will only be known when you try it.
That makes sense, sounds like it'll be best to sell the TV for $200 or so

Just ordered the TV + Soundbar minutes ago.
Was getting some errors about my PayPal payment method, retried again and it worked. There's also a 5% cashback if you use Discover credit card with PayPal right now I think.

I farted around trying to get the TV and soundbar that it finally went OOS. Before that I could of had just the SB delivered to me or pick up at the Honolulu BB. But now it's OOS at both Samsung and local BB store.

Search for the sound bar first, check availability at nearby Best Buy , then go for TV and select pickup from that location.. worked for me

Had this TV, pretty good for most applications. Rtings review is pretty accurate overall. For me the 24p judder kind of killed it. But it worked well for gaming and regular content, good budget TV.

Awesome deal but still annoying that they are packaging it with an older model 60 potato Hz TV that they want to get rid of and that I have no desire for.
