Best Buy chat was able to cancel the TV for me surprisingly. The TV and sound bar are separate items on the receipt so it worked out well. You should have no problem doing it in store too I'm guessing. Came to $432 with tax for the sound bar and will be available for pickup tomorrow! Best prime day deal for me this year didn't come from Amazon!

*EDIT* I received a cancellation email from Samsung for the sound bar. I'm not sure what happened and am currently following up with Best Buy on this. Please do not follow these instructions until I'm able to clear this up. Your best bet is to try and return in store so you know if they will allow you to do so or not

thanks guys. i'm in the BB chat queue now, says 68 min wait. hopefully they can assist.

i requested the previous chat log (when i requested they cancel just the tv) be emailed to me at the end of the session but I haven't received it yet. but hopefully they can look at that and see that they goofed and offer to price match, but at this point i'm not counting on it.

bummer! i was already looking up reviews on the soundbar and getting excited for it. just goes to show you that it's not yours until it's in your possession. hopefully someone learns from my experience. i'll keep updating as this saga plays out

I picked my order yesterday and return TV back immediately and they gave a return receipt with zero dollar and today I got 108.74 dollars refund from Samsung. This should help all those who are not sure what to do with TV.

In your confirmation email from samsung, it will have a bar code with best buy ordee number under. Go to yout best buy and ask it is ready for pick up.

Sold out online and locally. I was on chat and we found one 30 miles away, but it went out of stock as we were chatting. Nothing more could be done after that. He was cool though and was going to try his best to refund me the $300 difference since I was able to show pictures. Would have been a nice upgrade, but oh well. That's what you get when you're late to the party on killer deals.

I called best buy and the rep practically laughed. Absolutely declined. Its available, the price is clear on samsung.com. I think what's worst was his attitude. It was immediate and condescending. Total tech here too.

I got the pickup notice from BBY for both the TV and the sound bar. I'll have to wait until tomorrow to pick it up, as they just closed for the night.

A few years back with BBY, I bought a Logitech Harmony + Echo in a bundle. I picked up both and returned the Echo to a different store on the way home. I was still able to keep the Harmony at the discounted price listed on the receipt, so I'm hoping I can do the same with the TV, too. The biggest difference here being that the order was placed through Samsung.

I may even ask when I go to do the pick up what the return amount would be if I opt to not get the TV.

Ooh please update on how it goes. In a similar boat, would be sweet not having to deal with reselling the TV
