Best Buy chat was able to cancel the TV for me surprisingly. The TV and sound bar are separate items on the receipt so it worked out well. You should have no problem doing it in store too I'm guessing. Came to $432 with tax for the sound bar and will be available for pickup tomorrow! Best prime day deal for me this year didn't come from Amazon!

*EDIT* I received a cancellation email from Samsung for the sound bar. I'm not sure what happened and am currently following up with Best Buy on this. Please do not follow these instructions until I'm able to clear this up. Your best bet is to try and return in store so you know if they will allow you to do so or not

thanks guys. i'm in the BB chat queue now, says 68 min wait. hopefully they can assist.

i requested the previous chat log (when i requested they cancel just the tv) be emailed to me at the end of the session but I haven't received it yet. but hopefully they can look at that and see that they goofed and offer to price match, but at this point i'm not counting on it.

bummer! i was already looking up reviews on the soundbar and getting excited for it. just goes to show you that it's not yours until it's in your possession. hopefully someone learns from my experience. i'll keep updating as this saga plays out

I picked my order yesterday and return TV back immediately and they gave a return receipt with zero dollar and today I got 108.74 dollars refund from Samsung. This should help all those who are not sure what to do with TV.

Don't just take his/the rep's word for it. Let the person you responded to be the guinea pig. Reps get things wrong ALL the time at every company. You may get a refund of zero, and be out a 55-inch tv.

Yeah, that was the other option. I think it should fit in the back, want to keep the box and open it in our house. Still need to bring blankets so I don't mess up the leather seats.

For those who are waiting for an email with pick up instructions fro. Bestbuy, you should have an estaimated pick up date in your confirmation email from samsung. If the store around you ahve none in stock, the order needs to be fulfilled from best buy ware house.

I'm at store for picking up soundbar and tv and I tried returning tv in store while picking up and it shows them $0 for the TV when I try to return. Not sure what's going on here…. They said they will talk to their manager and see what's going on. Will keep you guys posted….

That's exactly what I expected to happen. That's what it says would happen if you returned part of a bundle directly to Samsung on their site. The entire bundle needs to be returned, so if you aren't returning the whole bundle, you'd get zero back.

Oh ok. I saw some people in thread commenting, if they return tv to store, they will get the $399 back for the tv.
