I cannot reach Soffley.com

I am looking to see if anyone has had luck contacting or receiving their paid for orders from Soffley.com. I paid for a Blackstone Flat Iron 4 Burner Grill and received the order confirmation. I have received nothing as of yet on an update and when I checked my order number it generates a message that it "Has Not Shipped Yet" and it's been over 3 weeks now. Soffley.com offers a number to text them and an email address for support. Their email keeps bouncing back and my texts have never been answered. Can anyone point me in the right direction or did I get SCAMMED?

Was it from a posted deal on SlickDeals? I cannot find any posts with that website in our history. They do look like a suspicious site, only about 6 months old which doesn't load for me. I would contact your credit card company and try to get your money back as soon as possible. Best of luck.
