My order status still says "processing" and my credit card went from a pending to posted charge. Is this a good sign?

Yep … as long as you don't see a cancellation, you should be fine. They're just inconsistent with confirmations and shipping dates.

I purchased a reconditioned iPhone 11 from TW two months ago when they were $200. I activated on May 19 and didn't add a second month of service. Today July 17, I received a text from 611611 saying the phone was unlocked. Settings already show "No SIM restrictions".
About to check mine when I get home. Supposed to be unlocked tomorrow, the 18th

Had to call today to get my unlock manually approved since phone was marked in their database as BYOP. Supposed to take another day or two.

Looking at my account it shows both original owner activation/deactivation dates & then my refurb activation a few months later - seems like account shouldn't have anything but my activation. They're so messed up.

Just checked mine. One is unlocked. Both received the text saying they are unlocked.

The one that has the flimsy 'aftermarket' screen film is the one that got unlocked. The other one with the pull tab film is still locked.

Hope it's unlocked tomorrow. I will call if it's not.

Same here. I bought the iPhone 11 at $200 and activated mine on the May 17th with only one month of service. 611611 says unlock date was supposed to be July 18th. I checked under settings and "No SIM Restrictions"
Because of you I just checked mine and its unlocked too. Was supposed to be the 18th as well. Good bye iPhone XR hello iPhone 11. Thank You Friend!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it doesn't mean anything. I've dealt with them in the past when they sold the XR for cheap. Unlike most vendors, they will charge you immediately whether or not they intend to ship the phones. In other words, a posted charge does not mean the phone will ship.

Plenty of people, including me, has had their order sit in processing for a few weeks. In the end they cancelled the order and a refund was given. You may very well get your phone soon but expect to pay your credit bill while you wait. Calling them to cancel is also a pain in the a--.

I can attest to that. Even have a shipment recalled by sender on delivery date on truck, lol.
They also refuse to cancel one of my order previously.
I deal (tolerate) them cause the phones are cheap with an easy unlock process

Sure, it can happen … they have plenty of issues here and there. But there have been hundreds of pages of people posting in these TW threads and the majority of orders seem to get fulfilled within a week or two. There's simply no point in getting antsy about it in the first few days after the order is placed. If the order is in and no cancellation, just give it some time because there's no indication of a problem yet. Sure, another batch could run into glitches, but there's no point in worrying about every little thing before even a week passes

Same. Out of 3 orders that were stuck in processing for 2-3 weeks (but I was charged right away), I got automatically refunded on one when they cancelled it. The other 2, I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company.

I also tolerate them because of the good deal. Otherwise, their business practice is sketchy.

No one is worrying. People need to be informed that they will charge you upfront and if they don't ship you your phone, it WILL be a battle. Good to be alert.

The "recalled by sender" phone took almost a month to get a refund. I ask them 2 times and they say that 30 days is their processing time. There is no communication/confirmation from them when they get the phone back in their possession. Very sketchy indeed. LOL

Sure, it's good to be alert and keep an eye on things. But rarely is anyone going to know anything for sure in the first few days, like in the question I was replying to. If someone is in that big of a hurry for a phone, this probably isn't the right deal for them. My last few orders all took several days before I received any email or status update from them.

Yeah, their support really sucks. If you get in a situation like that where they recall it or you know for sure that you're not getting a phone from them, filing a dispute with your credit card is probably the best option and least hassle.
