1st phone has white spot and sent to Apple. Apple denied the warranty due to 3rd party modification, and I think the screen is replaced. Still under warranty until 04/22, which is useless.
2nd phone, screen is cracked and screen is replaced too. Still under warranty until 03/22, which is useless too.
3rd phone, heavily used and out of warranty. Screen seems original. I can see bad scratch front and back.
Be very very careful and know you are taking your chance.
1st month service required for activation.
2nd month service is not required for unlocking.
Phone will unlock after 60 Days.

We would need to do a chargeback. Anyone know if a chargeback with Paypal works.
On my CC it says PAYPAL Tracefone. The CSR just said contact Paypal.
I wish I had paid with regular CC instead of using Paypal.

Most CC will issue an immediate (temporary) refund until dispute is confirmed. If dispute favors the seller then your CC will be charged again.
My order was cancelled yesterday (I got an email) but I still see "Order Status : Order Processing" on their website. I wonder how long it'll take for them to process the refund without a chargeback.

I contacted Total Wireless and the idiot CSR says your card won't be charged since the order is cancelled. Except the Paypal charge posted like 5 days ago. I offered to send them a screenshot. They told me they would connect me to someone else, and the phone got disconnected. Tried again, the same crap - they say you won't be charged. It's CRAZY how bad their CS is and how clueless.
So the credit card company won't do anything for a paypal order?
Does the Paypal process work reliably? I actually used a Paypal Mastercard for the payment.
The T&C says upto 6 months for a refund. That's just NUTS. What a hassle - my statement balance will be due before that.

If you can't get your money back in a week or two, I would file a FCC complaint for fraud because they clearly took your money without giving you what you ordered.

The CSR told me that the credit card was NOT charged.
Even their cancellation email says -- Credit card NOT charged.
They haven't even agreed to refund. We will need to dispute.

Anyways, I haven't received any cancellation email yet but I'm pretty sure its on the way.
Just disappointed tbh and that's not how a company shall do business. It was not a pricing error that we may understand.
They themselves gave 99$ a iphone deal but now they're backing out citing excuse of high demand.
Not good !
