Ive sent in tickets and spoken to two chat reps. Both were worthless. I've already boxed it up and will drop it off at Walmart. I hope Lenovo can fix this, but I am not waiting around for that to happen.

FYI, if anyone is reading this thread, my laptop is the 3060/6800H laptop. It is not referring to this laptop actually being mentioned here.

I'd love to know if GSync works for the 3070/12700H laptop.
You're not even talking about the same model as this deal ??? 🤣

maybe take it somewhere else, it's a joke this thread has become about you and your laptop woes, and not about the laptop in the deal.
Im giving you kind hearted people useful information. I am letting them know that the 3060/6800H version of this laptop with the same screen is said to support GSync but does not. It's perfectly valid to wonder if this laptop might have the same issue. You should be thanking me as I am hopefully helping someone think twice about purchasing.

To be fair, out of the 4 links you posted, 3 of them were made by one user, and they all appear to be the exact same model that you have. Thanks for sharing, though, as one vocal complaint is probably matched by 10 or 100 silent sufferers.

I thought these all had the 3070ti version in them. Unfortunate. I know it's not much difference but to me that makes this not such a great deal. The lowest I recall the ti version being was 1399. If you can wait it seems to be a good time to do so. Seems like this should be on sale sometime this year for $1299 or so
Are you sure it wasn't this version: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Lenovo...hbdg=L1600

Kinda wish I waited for this instead of the 5900hx/3080 legion 7 Walmart deal for $1800. I guess there are some pros and cons though

How does this compare to last years Legion 5i Pro with 11800H and 3070?

I know the i7 is more powerful than the 5800h/6800H, but that comes with heat and power draw. Not really a fair comparison I'd say. i7 s would choke on what Ryzens use.

Ballpark how much more power does this have over the 11th gen i7? Does the ram dram its ally increase performance? Seems like this year is just baby steps in improvements.

Just got it delivered today. To whom it may matter, this is the "new" body without "Y" LED. Screen is 165Hz QHD, Gray keyboard (matching) Gen 7 SKU's. It is 3070 (not Ti) @ supposedly 140W. HAS G SYNC (confirmed in Nvidia settings), check with your monitor for settings/compatibility. Left 1 USBC is Thunderbolt (3/4?), back USBC PD is 135w chargeable. Comes with "slimmer" 300w Charger. Gbench 123K, Tspy 11.3k, Fstrike 24.8-25.1K @ 80-83C in dgpu/performance mode. Fan (mostly) always ON. Benchmarks of 3070ti/6800H were slightly "better" with temps @70-72C. Hope this helps.

Hey, thank you for reporting back with info. May I ask if your unit has problems sleeping? I have the AMD version, and it absolutely refuses to sleep. Fans remain on, and any action that would normally wake it causes it to go straight back into Windows directly, as opposed to the login screen.

Don't bother, let them be turds. The same guy who posted this posted the other laptop with G-Sync included. The saving grace with this particular laptop (82RF00DBUS) is that if you run this laptop in the Lenovo spec system it does clearly indicate G-Sync. With that said others are reporting issues including screen flickering with the 3070 variants of the 2022 Legions so let them enjoy the wonderful world of Lenovo support.

This poster (Dr.Wajahat) had no business posting G-Sync in the other ad:

This is okay if you didn't want the 3060 deal for 1200.. but why does the post say 1599 on sale for 1599?
