Mine just broke after 1.5 years. Even though they were out of warranty, SteelSeries replaced them for free. So while they may not last, at least the company is a good one.

Wish they would replace my non USB C with a new upgraded one. That 15 minute quick charge would be life changing

While this headset is solid. Its picks up everything in the background. I had to return them over that issue alone.

Just use Krisp or another AI-assisted background noise cancelling software. (Nvidia has it free)

Is this a good deal or will it go lower in the coming months? Looks like the 7P was $100 in November.

Ah, that makes sense. Did you find an alternative that has better noise isolation on console?

Are the people you play with complaining about background noise? I use these daily to play warzone on PS5 with 2 friends and they never mention this issue

I believe that was a black friday sale. If you can wait that long, by all means.

Honestly the Astro A40 has been the best I seen so far. But the way they have it currently setup is a pain in the ass. So I haven't used them in a while. I been waiting for an new model that doesn't require an adapter etc... just to work.

The one I had, You could hear me breathing on the mic. I returned quickly, as my Pulse 3D doesn't pickup hardly anything. But my friend just brought them, and you can def hear the fan/AC in the background. Compared to the Pulse 3D he used before hand.
