I am showing €59.50 + €19.85 shipping (Euro) for a total of $84.58 (USD) + Exchange fee. .
Still not a bad price, but it does jump around. The last 3pc set (7, 10 and 12") of same non-padded Cobra's that I purchased were individual from Menard's for less than $80 total with tax and kind of sorry I bought them.
The OP padded version are more comfortable and a lot easier to hang onto in the cold, if wet, greasy, etc. If the only set to be purchased, padded would be my choice.

.
Still cheaper on Walmart with the free shipping, MaxTool [maxtool.com], the seller on Walmart, has some decent deals now and then.

For especially the newbie that does not have deep pockets, I am going to step out on a limb from experience and owning most of the Knipex pliers that include the plain and padded Cobra sets. If a decent pipe wrench in same length (or the correct open end wrench) will fit, these Cobra pliers stay in the toolbox.
There is no way you can get the effortless grip of a pipe wrench with these Cobra for the effort involved. I have above average hand grip and on tough/tight connections, a decent pipe wrench tight on 3 points is a hell of a lot easier to use. And on square connections like pipe plugs, the right size open end wrench is the first option for not marring it up.
Where the thinner than a pipe wrench Cobra pliers come in handy are tight places you cannot use a pipe wrench, or once you break a tight fitting loose, perhaps use the Cobra pliers to expedite removal with one hand a touch faster.

I saw the set of 3 cobra and set of 3 alligator mentioned from DE. Has anyone dealt with amazon overseas shipments, this would be a first but as mentioned this seems to be a smoking deal correct? Again thank you all for the added talk and help here. All the best tonight.

Thank you.
FYSA, while using iOS Amazon app, I had to go into settings to change to Germany. For some reason, couldn't use same login credentials on Amazon.de on browser.

So far, I have never been charged import fees upon delivery from Germany, UK, etc. If a requirement, Amazon takes care of that fee, that you do pay for up front.
If Amazon charges too much, you will get a refund in about 60 days, but if they did not charge enough, there is no extra charge. Like everything else, there are those that hustle this arrangement.
My only concern was/is the state and local sales tax that is not charged on Amazon.de that has nothing to do with the US post office that is under Federal.
Meanwhile, there are dozens of wholesale markets in just Germany.
Actually, they are called alligator [knipex.com] pliers. You will search for awhile trying to find 'crocodile.'
I actually saw those at Lowes yesterday. Not a big selection, but maybe like HD and Menards, a little more competition would be good.
For faucet/shower heads and other plated items you don't want to mar, the Knipex pliers wrench [amazon.com] (black or silver) as a reference and these protective jaw covers [lowes.com] for the 10" work well. At Lowes, you get 3 pairs for the same price as 1 pair on Amazon.
I've had cheaper sets that do the job but you really don't appreciate it until you use a quality tool and it makes the job that much easier.
Gross. Ain't gotta be cocky

What's the difference between alligator and cobra ones? They look the same in the pictures pretty much
