Did you use the boost sim card at all or not? Im considering doing the unlock and using this as a hotspot eventually but not sure with what service I want to use it with longer term.
Used Verizon SIM to test if it's working. SIM status showed "active" which means the device is unlocked. But, I wasn't getting internet and I had to configure Verizon apn manually in the dashboard and it started working. This might help anyone whose device is unlocked, but not getting internet. Excellent deal for an unlocked device for 2$. Thanks everyone and OP. Repped.
