It'll take you 14 weeks to get the costco cards but then you can upgrade to the iphone 14 at after that. You should still have time to do that before the great launch offers disappear.
Other option is just do this deal, then pay off the samsung phone after your credits start and use that as the trade in for the iphone 14. If you're on magenta max, you'll probably not have to pay much and maybe even get a few bucks extra.
Personally, I think the costco deal is great so you should go with that if you live near a Costco and are a member.
